The work The Hug #1 (If anxiety had a shape this would be it) and The Hug #2 (If grief had a shape this would be it) explores what physical form anxiety and grief might have by shaping a specific material with the own body. The work deals with
oppositions as it is a struggle between the material and the body as they try to shape each other. By hugging it, it's given a bodily shape, but by resisting the hug or embrace, the material also shapes the body and the precondition of its form.
